We aim for you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However if there are any issues please see our returns policy below.

We offer refunds if requested within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, Your item/s must still be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Unless the reason for return is due to our mistake, It is your responsibility to cover the costs of return. Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
If the item/s were purchased while on sale, They will be refunded at the sale price.

To request a refund please email us & make sure too include your #order number with the name of products of the item/s that you wish to return.
We will endeavor to reply within 48 hours.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item/s and you have been approved for a refund, Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Not including Public Holidays. Also excluding Weekends.
